Help Files - saving space on your disk - after you are familiar with the program, move the help file over to an archive disk.  (You may put help files from other applications on this disk.)  If you need help with a certain program you might get by with inserting your archive disk.  This will not work for all programs as some applications require that the help file be on the same disk on in the same folder as the application.   (An example would be Filemaker Plus.)
